At the Juilliard School in New York, Dr. R. Abramson’s Laboratory of Sound Expression Research, engaged in rigorous study under Dr. Abramson. After Dr. Abramson’s passing, continued the research as a professor and executive director of the same laboratory, a position held to this day. Member of MTNA (Music Teachers National Association), the National Chopin Foundation, and NATS (National Association of Teachers of Singing).

Serves as a coach and collaborative pianist for leading singers performing principal roles at the New York Metropolitan Opera, actively working as both an educator and performer. Provides private instruction in piano and vocal performance (expression) to undergraduate and graduate students at the Juilliard School as well as professional musicians.

In Japan, offers private lessons in piano and vocal performance (expression) for aspiring students preparing for entrance exams to domestic music universities, current music university students, musicians aiming for overseas study, and performers preparing for competitions. Many students have successfully passed exams under this guidance. Competition participants have gone on to perform in prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall in New York, Ragusa in Italy, and prominent locations in Japan, including Suntory Hall and Opera City, as award or prize-winning performers. In addition to specialized instruction, has long been involved in music education for children with developmental disorders such as ASD and ADHD. Also provides volunteer concerts and opportunities to experience music at senior care facilities, facilities for individuals with disabilities, and children's welfare facilities.
In Japan, beyond music performance instruction, serves as the CEO of Tact Inc., applying the research from the aforementioned laboratory as a sonic architect and sound expression consultant.

Senior board member of the Acoustical Society of America, the American Psychological Association, and the Association for Behavior Analysis International.

Graduated from the Vocal Music Department, Faculty of Music, and the Music Education Department, Faculty of Education, at the Cologne University of Music and Dance in Germany. Certified with the German State Teaching Qualification in Music Education and passed the ZMP (Central Intermediate German Language Examination).

Performed in various roles at German opera houses, including Aachen City Theatre, Cologne Chamber Opera, Hanau City Theatre, and Lindau City Theatre. Notable roles include Pamina and Papagena in The Magic Flute, Zerlina in Don Giovanni, Laura in the operetta The Beggar Student, Adele in Die Fledermaus, Eurydice in Orpheus in the Underworld, and a fairy in The Snow Queen.

[Concerts]

Collaborated with orchestras across Germany, Austria, Italy, France, and other European countries, performing in renowned concert halls. Invited to perform at the Salzburg Festival Hall in Austria during the Japan-Australia Friendship Week, presenting a recital of Japanese songs.
In Japan, performed at the Imperial Hotel’s Imperial Jazz Festival, Risa Wanibuchi’s concert at Akasaka Blitz, and Mount Rainier Hall Shibuya Pleasure Pleasure, among others. Additional appearances include events for Porsche and Yumi Katsura fashion shows.

[Musical Theatre]

Cast as the heroine, Mona Lisa, in the musical Da Vinci ~Wings of Light, a collaborative production between Japan and France to commemorate the Millennium Year. The performance premiered at the French Embassy in Japan and later staged at the Casino de Paris in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, France.

Featured in commercials for Lotte’s Tiramisu Chocolate and Lotteria, as well as on NHK Educational TV’s German on Television, TV Asahi’s Tetsuko’s Room, and TBS’s JUST. Additionally, her music was performed at the TBS-hosted figure skating event Stars on Ice 2015.

[As an Educator]

From 2003 to 2013, served as a music teacher at the Art and Music School of Brühl in Cologne, Federal Republic of Germany.
